(August 5, 2007) A CBS News report says that Lindsay Lohan has checked into the Sundance, Utah Cirque Lodge Drug and Alcohol treatment facility.
This is the third alcohol treatment stint for Lindsay Lohan. She has two other rehab times in the Wonderland and Promises facilities.
Lohan is still due in court on August 24 to face charges on her DUI arrest on July 24. The other charge she faces is driving on a suspended license.
The Utah Cirque Lodge facility is one of the nicest in the country. The Lodge has a beautiful view of the 12,000 ft.
